Monday, October 31, 2011 - What a great treat to open a 15 year old wine. I did not know what to expect, but this wine was fantastic. It took about 2+ hours to open up, but once it did, it drank beautifully. It was well balanced and full of rich berries. Wish I had a few more. It is hard to keep a wine that long!
