Wednesday, October 12, 2022 - Already popped & poured by the time I got to the dinner venue. This was in a very attractive/pleasing stage - tea-leaves, sweet fruits and bit of sous-bois. This was fully mature, probably in the late stages of its life already. On the palate, one could feel that the fruit was receding, as the acidity came out more on the fore-front. Still very enjoyable on the overall, but advise to drink-up soon...
