Tuesday, February 24, 2015 - Earthiness, some funk and a faint smokiness melded well. Notable smokiness on the back of the finish. Benefited from a well designed pairing with caramelized sweetbread risotto. Direct from the cellars of the domaine, this was in far better condition and showing much younger than the other reference point that I have.
