Sunday, October 3, 2021 - By the glass. 100% chardonnay. This was the only vintage of the event. Very mellow, smoked, dense, certainly abundant and fully evolved towards bakery notes. Coming from very old vines with malolactic fermentation, it is a champagne of distinction, one that stands out within the extensive range of Gimonnet.

Por copas. 100% chardonnay. Muy meloso, ahumado, denso, ciertamente abundante y plenamente evolucionado hacia notas de panadería. Procedente de viñas muy viejas con fermentación maloláctica realizada, se trata de un champán de distinción, uno que destaca dentro de la extensa gama de Gimonnet.
