Sunday, April 2, 2017 - Deep purple, almost no sediment. Fruit is brighter than expected for 2005; medium finish. Paired well with the lasagna bolognese recipe on the Elyse website. Some commenter have expressed concern about further aging for this wine but I think it has some years left
