Tuesday, October 15, 2013 - Drank in honor of R Lance, who first introduced us to Ridge back in 2001-02, and who passed away today, may he RIP in an old vine vineyard. Love you, Roy, and the great wine you rode in on!
Oh, about this wine: Velvety smooth, rich with smokey tones of dark berries and licorice. No food necessary to enjoy. Imagining it getting better with time. We have another bottle, thank goodness.
