Saturday, January 7, 2017 - As others have already said, this is not even close to ready. The owner of the bottle (per my advice) aerated this in wide-bottom decanter for 10 hours. Still, for my palate (others gushed), it's in its infancy; I knew what secrets were within, secrets released only by time. Lots of time. If I had any, I'd wait 8-10- years before even dabbling; seems that kind of blend/vintage. recommended
