Monday, December 23, 2019 - Red ruby color, no decant, mature right bank wine, not overly complex but good black fruit, mostly cherries, and currants, with earth floor, dry leaves, chocolate aromas on the nose. Palate is medium, dark fruits, some tobacco and earthy flavors, good acidity, soft tannins. Mature St. Emilion. Finish is medium. At the peak. Good buy for around $40.
