Nicely balanced, and went well with both the porterhouse and the marinated chicken that came off the grill- tho better with the steak, natch. I remember tasting this at the old tasting room and falling for it; I've looked at it many times over the years, and it didn't disappoint. Very balanced, with dark acid cherry, some boysenberry, that orange peel, and a dry, cracked leather finish- but very smooth.
