90 Points

Monday, April 5, 2010 - Drinking very well now. A friend brought over a bottle that had been aerated for about an hour. She said it had been tight at first, but by the time I had a glass it was showing ripe but not huge fruit, with nice earthy, leathery notes, well integrated tannins, and balancing acidity. Not earth-shattering, but a fantastic QPR for any amount under $20 and a very nice example of an understated Old World style.
