Saturday, October 22, 2011 - Opened and decanted an hour before drinking - significant deposits of sediment. Smokiness and red fruit came through on the nose. Spice and black pepper when initially tasted & the wine opened up beautifully showing good structure and length with fruit and a hint of raisins.
