Sunday, May 14, 2023 - Decanted for 30 minutes before dinner. There was definitely some sediment left behind in the bottle. Wonderfully complex nose of red and black fruits and lose-leaf tobacco. The palate was tannic at first but mellowed with air. In the end it was well-balanced and complex with a medium-long finish. Wish I had a few more!
