Saturday, August 15, 2020 - Outstanding zin from what I'm coming to regard as the Golden Age of Turley. Full flavor, mellowed tannins, no heat despite high alcohol. We had a mini-vertical with a 2008; delicious with rack of pork with honey grilled peach glaze. I've had more recent Turley zins (~2014-15) that disappointed and seemed over the hill. This was great and probably would have lasted a couple more years, but I'm glad I pulled the cork and shared with good (wine appreciating) friends.
