Saturday, March 27, 2010 - An attractive young wine that drank better on days 2 and 3. This wine needs to be aged 10+ years. It has all the components to become something special. Nose of spice and plum. Finish of cinnamon, plum, graham cracker, mineral, and a tiny bit of chocolate. Lovely wine.
