Saturday, April 25, 2015 - Nose is mostly raspberry and kirsch for me. The palate, though, is really interesting; a combination of cherry liqueur, blood, and tart acids. It's the sanguine flavor that really get me -- I'm a fan. But I could use a little more of a counterpoint to the fruit and tart. Still -- a wine worth watching, and I am glad that Bosquet is on my radar.
