Sunday, July 3, 2016 - should have decanted, this is still tight upon opening (and this was a .375 bottle!). After an hour or so, the whole beast mellowed out, fruit came out and it was super silky. I would imagine a full bottle could easily do with a few more years of cellaring ..

8/15/2018 9:53:00 PM - Interesting note in that you opened a half. Not enough notes overall on 375's in this place, in my opinion. Sounds like this wine could use a few more years for a standard bottle, say . . . re-visit in on it's 15th birthday?
