The color was a mahogany red that faded to a colorless rim. The nose was all red fruits. The medium bodied palate showed lots of red fruits, some garrigue, a touch of minerality, nicely balancing acidity, and well integrated tannins. This wine is definitely ready to please, if given a chance to breathe up front, and can probably hold for several years more.
