Friday, February 17, 2006 - Colour deepening to a golden yellow. The nose is quite vibrant fruit tempered by some honeying. This is repeated on the palate where the fruit becomes citrussy and the honeying more lozenge-like. A pleasant streak of acidity retrains the freshness of the wine.
