Tuesday, September 25, 2018 - On the edge of being past it. Colour good with dark centre and bricks edges. Went well with rich casserole but the fruit was definitely drying out. Slightly sharp acid didn’t help but with food that disappeared. Powerful wine with good dried fruit flavours. We have more in the cellar so will need to get on with it!
