Friday, February 9, 2007 - Very good selection for my BD dinner with my wife. Paired with a Prime Center Cut Filet. Nice but not outstanding nose, strong oak but not overpowering, leathery and balanced. The merlot came through the Cab and gave it a nice Bordeaux feel with a fairly short finish. Will plan to share our other bottle with our good friends living in Houston!
