Thursday, May 16, 2019 - Wonderful wine. Lots of must and dust on the nose. You could just tell this wine was going to be big and complex and it was. Took about an hour to open up some and it produces layers of old cocoa (from the can), spices, graphite, cigar flavors that just impressed. Even my Burgundy friends were blown away by what this wine turned into. Well done!
