Thursday, May 24, 2018 - Manresa (Los Gatos, Ca.): Still holding on! Ripe yellow fruits, bruised apple, honeycomb spice, smoked vanilla bean reduction...little vein of lemon acidity holding on...aged ox notes and dried honey showing. The oldest Marcassin I've had...seen better days, but still a fun drink.
