Wednesday, August 10, 2011 - It took @ an hour to open up. Initially tones fo lead pencil, earth and giant puckering tannins dominated the wine. Once the wine opened the fruit arrived and tannins seemed to settle into a more velvety structure. This is a classic claret and falls in line with the reputation of the 07 vintage.
