Sunday, October 1, 2023 - My last bottle. Flavors of dark fruit, black cherry, plum, blueberry, spice, cassis. The tannins are integrated with just a touch of chewiness. There's still a little sweet heat on the midpalate/finish. Tasted over 3 hours. With braised short ribs.
