Monday, October 31, 2022 - Francois Cotat tasting 1999-2020 (Utregs Wijnhuis, Utrecht, NL): This felt tight and a bit young, which sounds strange for a 14 year old Sauvignon Blanc, but tasted next to the 2003 which was singing. Green apple, fennel, grapefruit. High acidity, medium+ finish. Better in 5 years
