Saturday, October 30, 2021 - Floral/mineral nose, dollops of minerals, deep black cherry fruit. Mint.
Fresh on the attack, vigorous and quite full on the palate, nice stone fruit quality, dusty tannins. Perhaps a little extracted.
Quite long, slightly drying tannins on the finish. Energy.
This is delicious with a bit of a wild quality to it. But I worry about the extraction.
