Saturday, November 14, 2020 - Double decanted //Taste after decanting had a very rough start and finish with tannins still dominating //
After 90 minutes, (1) initial taste loaded with blackberry, dried cherries, ash and oak // (2) Middle taste layered in oak,
and rosemary with the dark and dried fruit // (3) Finish had softer dark fruit with light almond and oak // Unusal blend
percentages along w/a talented touch by the winemaker created a wine that still delivered 3 hours after decanting //
