Friday, December 29, 2017 - Garnet color. Blackberry jam, black cherry. Sweet florals, sweet bacon, pepper, baking spices, sweet cream. Leather, tobacco, some nuttiness, black soil. On the palate, black fruit, stone, pepper. Past its prime by about 6 months.
