Saturday, March 20, 2010 - Cellared @ room temperature i.e. 72F. Decanted and chilled for 1/2 hr prior to walking to River Oyster Bar. Initially tart cherry flavor, improved markedly with another 1/2 hr of air. My 91-92. Ellen's 89(i.e. it was drinkable but she wouldn't buy again).
