Monday, January 2, 2012 - Wow, this was just amazing. Probably one of my best Pauillac ever drank. Amazing aromas, deep colour, extra long and smooth finish. Currant, leather. Just incredible with filet mignon with Sir Wilfred Laurier cheese melted on top.
