Saturday, September 1, 2007 - Blackcurrant, blackberry, pencil lead, earth, leather and caramel. Excellent depth and complexity with beautiful acidity. Great structure and power. Still very closed and after about an hour in the glass starting to shut down further. Needs time to come around. 13% alcohol.
