Saturday, March 17, 2018 - Don's 50th: Decanted and aerated for 2-3 hours before consuming. Beautiful nose of forest floor, cedar and some tobacco. On the palate it's on the lighter side of what I'd expect from Latour, and it's still evolving and integrating. I would guess this wine has another 10 years before being at it's best.
