This is the first bottle I have ever had that was out of joint, largely at sixes and sevens, and hopefully, at best, needing another five years. And it was well stored. Deep forest earth, wisps of sophisticated cherry notes, lots of fleeting acid, the regal Latour scent wafting in and out for 2 hours but never sitting down at the table, and some interesting moments overshadowed by acid and youthful appearing fruit.
