Thursday, July 16, 2009 - Pop & Pour-not quite what was expected. Color was ruby/garnet but not dark. Rotten eggs, sweet oak and alcohol on the nose. Thin, dry and somewhat chalky. Bell pepper, onions, cabbage and vanilla. Well integrated tannins. Tonic and dry, but very long finish. Due to other ratings, I am convinced this bottle was somehow damaged. I will try it again.
