Sunday, March 27, 2011 - Beatiful nose. Dead ringer for Cab Sauv. But no leather or tobacco that would send me towards Bordeaux. But not enough up front fruit to send me to Napa. Eventually an olive tempenade/tomato aroma emerged. Super silky. Really refined tannins. Plenty of life left. Dusty chocolate. Plums. Very pure.
