Monday, April 9, 2012 - We had this with grilled tri-tips on 4/9/12. It had an alluring, soft, ripe and elegant bouquet of smoke, black raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, burnt toast, cocoa and baking spice aromas. The palate was round, tart, dry and somewhat disjointed with flavors of blackberry, blueberry, black cherry, cocoa, licorice, cinnamon and baking spice. I was expecting much better.
