Saturday, December 26, 2015 - Poured through aerator and into decanter and let sit for 2 hours; nose remained fairly muted except for dried fruits, but flavors of ripe berries, leather and tobacco showed nicely once it opened up about half way thru drinking over the course of 2 hours; vanilla notes on long, smooth finish
