Wednesday, August 18, 2021 - [Initially without any decanting: viscous, peachy color, almost no aroma, very dry, tannic finish.]

1 hr decanted. Light almost peachy color, medium viscosity, strong ripe cherry, light watermelon, hints of leather, peppercorn aroma. Very Dry, mouth watering, strong frontal tannins even after 17 years. Great with fatty brisket & tomato sauce.
