Wednesday, February 11, 2015 - Splendid aged Chablis drinking at the top of it game. Has some toast, mushroom and honey development. There are notes of lemon, grapefruit, orange and oyster shell and it has the usual Raveneau texture and mouthfeel. There is still excellent cut to the finish and you ae left with a flavour of citrus and butter once the wine is swallowed.
