Friday, June 17, 2022 - Pleasantly developed / mature without any signs of oxidization or undue age. Ripe to overripe tropical fruit, toasted nuts, hazelnut. Some mineral and saline. Low to no acid. Texturally oily. A very fresh and clean example.
