Wednesday, March 10, 2021 - Popped and let air in the bottle for 30 minutes. This is in a perfect drinking window with rich, complex red fruits, a bit of dark chocolate, tobacco and earth. Loads of fruit showing and harmonious. Everything is really singing with this wine. Drink now or the next few years for a prime window.
