Saturday, February 3, 2018 - A large-scale wine and full-on Bonnes Mares, with red fruit, menthol, and wild flower. Medium weight flavors of red fruit and spice are carried by significant dry extract. Mouth-coating but elegant tannins. Finishes sweet. The 2007 Bonnes Mares is very good but demands patience. Drink starting 2021.
