Tuesday, June 11, 2019 - Five winos excellent adventure , mostly in Burgundy; 6/7/2019-6/15/2019 (Beaune, France): Beautifully mature nose displaying subtle red fruit, raspberry, strawberry jelly, nicely developed sous bois, light caramel, cola and earthy mineral. Fully integrated palate, nicely layered subtle sweet red fruit, silky and fluid, good acidity, medium mineral and a medium to long subtle red fruit driven finish with a hint of sous bois at the end. Drinking beautifully.
