Thursday, January 4, 2024 - In a stunning place - pure bright stone and citrus fruit that has a golden sheen to it with hints of pine, spice, and saffron. Deep and profound, but with surprising energy and lift on the finish. These definitely haven't given up and are marvellous with lighter game birds or pork stuffed with dried fruit.
