Tuesday, February 16, 2010 - Ridge wine tastings at Chelsea Wine Vault (Chelsea Wine Vault, NY): Color was pale yellow verging on apple juice. Nose was very fragrant green pair with a little minerality and smelled delicious. Palate was medium-bodied but viscous with notes of melon and pair with great acidity. Just an overall great wine.
