Friday, February 26, 2010 - light yellow body, sweetness on the nose apples, and tropical fruit. bright and crisp fruit on palate with nice acidity to balance and work well with our apps of escargot risotto, and muscles n gnoochi. Could not wonder how this would taste in a few years with bottle age.
