Saturday, July 18, 2009 - My brother-in-law and I tasted this at the winery on 7/18/09. It had a pleasant bouquet of lemon, lime, pear, vanilla and spice aromas. The palate followed with lemon, pear, toast, vanilla and spice flavors…lots of toasty oak…good mouthfeel and strong acidity. It had too much oak for me.
