Saturday, December 4, 2010 - Solid wine but a bit disjointed. Alternated b/t butterscotch and oak and and lemon. It was just a little muddled. Experimented with diff. temps but didn't change the balance. Perhaps it just needs a bit more time? Hold next one for a year.
