Wednesday, July 13, 2011 - Had it after Dauvissat Forest 2005, and on the nose the Ridge had a restrained, almost elegant expression of Chardonnay, not that far from the Dajvissat, but on the palate it was double as hefty. You can clearly taste the US origin and the extra alcohol. This one is at 14,7%!
