Sunday, December 10, 2023 - Deep garnet, mature edge.
Aromas of cherry, chocolate, roasted almond, cinnamon, thyme and fruit drops.
Full body. Rounded tannins. Sour cherry acids and delicate chocolate bitterness.
Palate of sweet cherry, rose, pine needle, serrano ham and licorice.
A juicy, muscular and untypical Pinot with dark racy fruit, bittersweet delicate bitterness and an elegant smoky finish. Cellar for 7-8 years. Tasted 2023.
